We offer a variety of services each designed to make your life easier and your operation run smoother and more economical.  Package plans are available for situations that require a little more assistance. 

Hunting Ranches

We can provide you with serval locations for whitetail hunts and exotic hunts.  Including our homesite for Axis, Blackbuck, and Fallow deer  hunts and limited Whitetails hunts.  For more information please contact us. 

Wildlife Management Plan

Helping you utilize your land to ITS best ability.  We can teach you which native flora is productive and which is counter-productive and should be removed.  Knowing your goals and with an onsite visit we can look at the current population, browse and forb choices your land provides.  Sometimes our clients are sitting on the best feed nature can proved and sometimes… they are just weeds.  Set up a plan and help you follow through with it.  

Spotlight Surveys for MLD Programs

*Requirement of 3 surveys

This is an alternative form of a census that is used on your property to evaluate your wildlife population. Based on our visit transects will be established showing you an accurate representation of your property.  Habitat will be evaluated for density and animals will be counted and identified along these transects.  These numbers will give you a more accurate read on how many animals you have per acre and they  also will be used for harvest recommendations.

Helicopter Survey

A helicopter survey is another census method we offer.  From the copter we will be able to provide a reliable population estimate.  With these numbers we can make harvest recommendations, brush management decisions, pond construction appraisals etc… A bird’s eye view provides us with unique assessment abilities for economic property developments.

Fawn Raising Services

Providing bottle-feeding services for permitted deer breeders in Texas.   It is our goal to relive the stress of bottle-feeding fawns for people that don’t have the time, space or end up with a fawn that they weren’t expecting to hand raise.  Fawns raised by Becca will receive the same TLC that our own fawns receive.  Our method will help keep your hand raised fawn stress free and tame. Deer Working in Facility

Providing assistance with darting or working deer.  From antler cutting, tagging, tattooing, artificial insemination etc… We’re there right by your side to help create a workflow and continuity that will provide our clients, their employees and their deer a more stress free, confident atmosphere.

Breeder Pen Certification

Becca is a TPWD Certified Wildlife Biologist – Deer Breeder Program.  If you are new to the deer business and just had your pens built, we can certify

your pens to get you up and running.  

Breeder Pen Design

Proper pen design can often times be the most overlooked necessity on a breeding facility.  Long term easy access and later expansion plans are often hampered by early stage poor pen design.  Allow our experience to help you design the best layout for your property, and long-term goals. We offer two options.  One requiring an onsite evaluation.  The other a paper plan based on your descriptions. 

Breeder Pen Design & Certification

This package takes you from start to finish and has you up and running.  We can design and certify your pens.  This does require site visits.  

Facility Design 

Need help designing your working facility?  We can help there too!  When designing a facility we can help design in a way that makes it easy for the deer and the staff working the deer.  From point of entry to point of exit, we are there to make it an easy flow process. We have three options to pick from.

Design Facility – no location visit.  We just draw a diagram and present it to you for approval.

Design Facility  - location visit. This requires an on site visit and owner/operator consultation.  We will help design a facility that will efficiently work with the topography of your land. 

Facility Design & Construction As an extended service to planning the facility, we can provide a construction overview service, which includes overseeing much of the construction and handling any issues that arise during construction.

Pond Design & Construction

Help determine the best location for your pond and the most useful design based on your needs.  Service also includes us overseeing your pond construction.  For pricing and information please call. 

Exotic Trapping

Capture exotic animals via darting, helicopter, or live trap. Client is responsible for helicopter fees.  For more information please call.

DNA Processing

Processing deer DNA samples for to be submitted to NADR.  This service is to take the pressure and responsibility off of the breeder.  We will enter the data into the required spreadsheet and properly mark the samples per NADR requirements.  We will send the appropriate documents to NADR and mail the samples off for you.

Haul your animals to desired location.

Deer For Sale:

Breeder bucks, and does, stocker bucks, open and bred does.  For a list of deer for sale or for a personal consultation regarding which genetics may best suit your program, please contact us.

We do have  a TC1 deer herd for sale.  Please contact us if you are interested.  We have pedigrees and pictures we can send for review.

TAHC - CWD Sample Submission

Becca became certified to help clients easy the task of CWD sampling.  If you are looking for someone to pull samples from hunter harvest or for breeder permit requirements we are here to help.
